JJ Roy managed to score 87 of 89 balls with the help of 8 fours and 2 sixes. Although he remains lucky earlier in his innings. BA Stokes scored 75 of 76 balls with the help of 5 fours and 3 sixes.
For Pakistan it was young Hassan Ali who took 4 for 60 in his 10 overs. Amir took 3 for 50 in his 10 overs. Both of them contributed 7 wickets for Pakistan.

Malik and Sarfraz scored century run partnership and both scored half centuries. It was Shoiab Malik’s highest score in any cricketing format in England. He scored 77 off 80 balls scoring 5 fours and 2 sixes.
Sarfraz Ahmad save whitewash for Pakistan as he performed brilliantly once again after scoring century earlier in this series. He managed to score 90 runs on 73 balls with the help of 10 fours and 1 six. He scored his half century on just 44 balls. It was he who first gave hope to Pakistan that they can case a big total of 302 runs first time in Cardiff by any team other than England.
For England it was Wood and young Dawson who took 2 wicketes each. None of other bowler managed to put his impact.
Pakistan won the match quite comfortably at the end by 4 wickets and 10 balls to spare. Sarfraz Ahmad was named Man of the Match for his outstanding performance. Although Sarfraz scored 300 runs in 5 match series and took some good catches yet Joe Root was named Man of the Series for his consistent performance with the bat.
